Leasing Professional – Constellation Community

About the role

Join Greystar as a Leasing Professional for the Constellation community in Las Vegas. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction by managing all aspects of the leasing process and resident retention.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities: greet prospects, qualify leads, give tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease packages, and ensure smooth move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before resident move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply company policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist, Facebook, and email.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain community and show units to Greystar standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to qualify and engage prospective residents.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics and competitor activity.
• Experience creating and implementing marketing plans to drive traffic.
• Ability to coordinate with maintenance and ensure apartments are move‑in ready.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using online marketing tools including Craigslist, Facebook, and email campaigns.
