About the role

The Leasing Professional for the 240 Dolores community will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction by managing all aspects of the leasing process. Working Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring a seamless experience from first inquiry through lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct property tours, and showcase available units.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Coordinate move‑in packages and ensure accurate documentation for new leases.
• Maintain resident relationships, address inquiries, and support lease renewal efforts.
• Achieve community revenue and occupancy targets through proactive leasing activities.

Required profile
