Lead Concierge at The Silva

About the role

The Lead Concierge at The Silva is responsible for organizing, coordinating and delivering a range of resident services and programs. Acting as the primary information source, the role supports residents with local market resources and ensures a welcoming environment for prospects and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, manage visitor flow and monitor guest traffic.
• Answer and route phone calls, assist with service request callbacks.
• Assist residents with luggage carts, monitor parking garage for staff and vendors.
• Oversee fire alarm panel and security cameras, maintain daily security log.
• Manage all package deliveries, document arrivals and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning and other community services.
• Curate and update information on local restaurants, shops and delivery options, and maintain relationships with concierge vendors.
• Book freight elevator for move‑ins, move‑outs and furniture deliveries.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with experience interacting with residents and visitors.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple operational responsibilities simultaneously.
• Attention to detail in logging events, handling packages and maintaining service records.
• Comfort with monitoring security systems and responding to safety concerns.

• Hourly pay range $23.00 – $25.00.
