Kid's Designer: Beauty & Hair (Hybrid)

About the role

We’re building the future of product for kids—playful, expressive, and experience‑led. As a Kid’s Designer focused on beauty and hair, you will create trend‑driven collections that span accessories, lifestyle and gifting, turning everyday items into interactive, shareable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Concept and design cross‑category collections with beauty and hair at the core, including styling kits, DIY formats and collectible products.
• Develop experience‑led products that encourage play, discovery and social sharing, pushing boundaries of materials and usability.
• Partner with Merchandising, Brand & Marketing, Planning and Production to align creativity with commercial goals, timelines and quality standards.
• Stay ahead of trends in beauty, hair, accessories and play, identifying whitespace opportunities and ensuring product relevance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product design experience, preferably in kids’ categories with a focus on beauty or hair.
• Strong understanding of kids’ behavior, curiosity and self‑expression.
• Comfortable collaborating across cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with AI‑powered design tools.
• Knowledge of materials, product development and retail environments.
