Jr. Real Estate Manager

About the role

Tesla is looking for a Junior Real Estate Manager to support the growth of its sales, service and delivery locations across Florida. The role will work closely with internal business units and external partners to identify, evaluate and secure real estate solutions that align with Tesla’s expansion strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to define real‑estate needs such as relocation, consolidation, expansion, sublease or purchase.
• Develop search criteria, assess geographic options and perform zoning/entitlement checks.
• Analyze economic, demographic and market data to build quantitative and qualitative location models.
• Prepare business case materials for executive approval and manage site due‑diligence activities.
• Negotiate non‑binding LOIs, leases and coordinate with external brokers and counsel.
• Track critical lease dates and support lease administration.
• Partner with project, design, accounting and finance teams to meet development timelines and budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of transactional real‑estate experience across multiple property types.
• Experience presenting demographic and financial analyses to senior leadership.
• Basic understanding of real‑estate concepts; municipal planning and zoning knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 20 % for site visits.
