About the role
Kelly is seeking an experienced interim senior strategy leader to guide the enterprise’s long‑range planning, corporate development, and transformation initiatives. This executive will act as a strategic advisor to the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring alignment of the global transformation agenda with the company’s strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 enterprise‑wide strategic planning cycle, conducting market analysis and defining growth priorities and capital allocation.
- Oversee corporate development activities, monitor inbound M&A opportunities, manage external advisors, and evaluate transactions against strategic fit.
- Provide strategic input to the enterprise transformation roadmap, ensuring initiatives are sequenced, resourced, and aligned with priorities.
- Participate in cross‑functional governance forums, supporting alignment and execution of strategic initiatives across business units.
Required profile
- Proven senior‑level experience in strategy, operations, and corporate development within a large organization.
- Demonstrated ability to advise senior leadership and influence enterprise‑wide decision making.
- Strong understanding of competitive landscape, market dynamics, and capital allocation principles.
- Experience managing transformation programs and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
