Interim Senior Strategy Leader

About the role

Kelly is seeking an experienced interim senior strategy leader to guide the enterprise’s long‑range planning, corporate development, and transformation initiatives. This executive will act as a strategic advisor to the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring alignment of the global transformation agenda with the company’s strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the 2026 enterprise‑wide strategic planning cycle, conducting market analysis and defining growth priorities and capital allocation.
• Oversee corporate development activities, monitor inbound M&A opportunities, manage external advisors, and evaluate transactions against strategic fit.
• Provide strategic input to the enterprise transformation roadmap, ensuring initiatives are sequenced, resourced, and aligned with priorities.
• Participate in cross‑functional governance forums, supporting alignment and execution of strategic initiatives across business units.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in strategy, operations, and corporate development within a large organization.
• Demonstrated ability to advise senior leadership and influence enterprise‑wide decision making.
• Strong understanding of competitive landscape, market dynamics, and capital allocation principles.
• Experience managing transformation programs and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
