About the role
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to drive employee engagement, support leadership collaboration, and lead talent initiatives in a fast‑paced corporate environment. This position will influence workplace culture, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and partner with leaders to deliver strategic people operations.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with department leaders and employees to provide day‑to‑day guidance on workforce and organizational matters.
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating resolutions, and promoting positive team dynamics.
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, and integration activities to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Advise managers on performance management, employee development planning, and coaching strategies.
- Coordinate and support training initiatives focused on leadership development, employee growth, and workplace effectiveness.
- Interpret HR policies, procedures, and employment guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Contribute to talent planning by identifying workforce needs and supporting organizational growth objectives.
- Help foster an inclusive, collaborative workplace culture through employee engagement and people‑focused programs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, employee relations, or talent support functions.
- Knowledge of HR policies, employment practices, and workforce compliance standards within a corporate setting.
- Experience using HR systems and business software platforms to support employee lifecycle processes.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship‑management skills across multiple organizational levels.
- Ability to balance employee advocacy with business priorities while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
