About the role
We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the daily operations of our HR department within an ultra‑luxury environment. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑paced, high‑expectation settings, brings meticulous attention to detail, and values discretion and elevated service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare bi‑weekly payroll, ensure data accuracy, and process payroll‑related changes such as hires, terminations, transfers, bonuses and status updates.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle—including onboarding, mobility, and off‑boarding—by issuing offer letters, maintaining confidential employee files, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate recruitment activities: post jobs, source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and manage pre‑boarding and onboarding experiences.
- Support employee experience initiatives, contribute to well‑being programs, DEI efforts, and internal communications, and help build curated local partnerships.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, assist HR leadership with employee relations matters, and maintain documentation and case tracking.
Required profile
- Experience in luxury retail or ultra‑luxury hospitality environments.
- Strong organizational skills, high level of discretion, and ability to manage shifting priorities with composure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
- Emotional intelligence, polished judgment, and a service‑oriented, solution‑driven mindset.
