About the role
Saronic Technologies is seeking an HR Generalist to support its fast‑growing autonomous maritime platform business. You will help shape company culture, manage HR processes, and ensure compliance while fostering an inclusive and innovative workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and generating analytics for decision‑making.
- Manage end‑to‑end onboarding for new hires and develop training materials aligned with company standards.
- Maintain employee records, ensure confidentiality, and keep HR databases up to date.
- Support compliance with federal, state, and defense‑industry employment regulations.
- Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast‑paced startup environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Required skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
