About the Position

Join the Cherry Hill Free Clinic team as a dedicated Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner. In this vital role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality, compassionate medical care to hospitalized patients in the Brownsville community, ensuring clinical excellence and patient safety.

Main Missions

• Assess, diagnose, and manage both acute and chronic conditions for hospitalized patients.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop, implement, and adjust comprehensive care plans.
• Perform detailed physical examinations and interpret complex diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Maintain precise, timely, and accurate patient documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
• Provide essential medical education to patients and empathetic support to their families.

Candidate Profile

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a strong background in hospitalist or acute care settings.
• Proven ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced clinical environment.
