Guest Services Agent – Hotel Front Desk

About the role

Staypineapple is seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent to be the first point of contact for guests at its boutique hotels. You will create welcoming experiences from the moment guests arrive until they settle into their rooms, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s upbeat hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily front‑desk tasks including check‑ins, check‑outs, room assignments, late check‑outs and stay‑overs.
• Provide welcome beverages and basic barista service when needed.
• Assist guests with luggage to and from rooms.
• Serve as a resource for guest inquiries, transportation needs, and local area information.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, nearby attractions and events.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–6 months of related hospitality experience preferred.
• Valid food‑handler and alcohol‑service cards (or ability to obtain after hire).
• Availability for overnight shifts.
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues quickly.
