Groundskeeper/Porter – Caldera

About the role

The Groundskeeper/Porter will maintain the physical appearance and functionality of the Caldera community, ensuring the grounds, amenities, and common areas are clean, safe, and attractive for residents and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping all common areas and amenities neat.
• Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage spaces.
• Complete minor and routine service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turnovers.
• Change locks in accordance with property policy and ensure gates and security devices are properly maintained.
