General Manager – Commercial Roofing (Florida)

About the role

David M. Maines & Associates is expanding its commercial roofing operations into Florida and seeks a seasoned General Manager to lead the new market. You will own the full P&L, drive revenue growth, and build lasting client relationships while overseeing project delivery and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy across service, reroof, and new‑construction segments.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of commercial opportunities through direct outreach, referrals, and existing client networks.
• Lead the sales process on key accounts, coach the sales team, and secure recurring revenue contracts such as maintenance agreements and multi‑site deals.
• Serve as the senior relationship owner for top clients, maintaining a Customer NPS above 70.
• Ensure timely resolution of client escalations, warranty issues, and service concerns.
• Oversee project execution to meet margin targets and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level leadership experience in commercial construction or roofing.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of P&L ownership and revenue growth.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with building owners, facility managers, and general contractors.
• Ability to develop high‑performing teams and hold them accountable.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and repeat business.
