Full-Time Laundry Attendant & Customer Service

About the role
We are looking for a friendly Laundry Attendant to join our South Charlotte laundromat. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with machine issues and processing wash‑dry‑fold orders.
Key responsibilities
- Greet English‑ and Spanish‑speaking customers, answer questions and troubleshoot machine problems.
- Sell laundry supplies, keep the front desk clean and welcoming, and perform wash‑dry‑fold services for drop‑off orders.
Required profile
- Previous customer‑facing experience preferred; bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus.
- Positive attitude, problem‑solving ability, and can stand for 6‑8 hour shifts.
