About the role

We are looking for a friendly Laundry Attendant to join our East Charlotte laundromat. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with questions and ensuring a smooth laundry experience.

Key responsibilities

Greet English and Spanish speaking customers, answer questions and troubleshoot machine issues.
Sell laundry supplies, keep the front desk clean and welcoming.
Wash, dry, and fold items following the 2ULaundry process for drop‑off orders.

Required profile

Previous customer‑facing experience preferred.
Positive attitude, problem‑solving ability and can stand 6‑8 hours per shift.
