Front Desk Agent / Hotel Clerk II

About the role

As a Front Desk Agent / Hotel Clerk II you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a friendly and efficient check‑in and check‑out experience while providing information about the property, amenities, and local attractions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, complete registration forms, and issue room keys.
• Process payments, calculate bills, and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Sell rooms using customer‑service skills and yield‑management principles.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, events, directions, and attractions.
• Balance shift transactions, run reports, and audit cash drawers.
• Operate manual procedures during computer outages.
• Communicate with Executive Hosts regarding guest stays.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of front‑desk experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts.
• Detail‑oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
• Experience handling money and operating electronic draft systems.
• Must be able to obtain any certifications required by local gaming regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LMS (Learning Management System).
• Proficiency with CMS (Content Management System).
• Experience using Hot Sauce/Espresso computer systems.
• Experience with electronic draft system for cash handling.
