Forklift Operator with SAP – 1st Shift

About the role

Join Bosch's warehouse team in El Paso as a 1st‑shift Forklift Operator. You will handle material movement, shipping and receiving tasks while using SAP and handheld RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory control.

Key responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks (order picker, reach truck, pacer, sit‑down) to move products up to 40 lb.
• Use handheld RF scanners to receive, put away, pick, pack, and prepare shipments.
• Verify material quantities, record shipments, and compile required paperwork.
• Load and unload trucks, inspect shipments for completeness and damage, and relocate materials to proper storage areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with OSHA safety standards.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse or material‑handling environment.
• Valid OSHA certification for powered industrial trucks.
• Ability to work overtime on short notice.

Required skills

• Powered industrial truck operation (order picker, reach truck, pacer, sit‑down).
• RF scanner proficiency.
• Basic SAP usage for inventory tasks.
• Fundamental Microsoft Office skills.
