Financial Controller (Remote)

About the role

T3 Sixty is seeking a remote Financial Controller to lead the organization’s financial operations. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity while supporting strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all accounting functions, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership to set financial targets and monitor progress.
• Produce timely financial reports, including weekly cash‑flow statements and variance analyses.
• Monitor business performance, cash flow, and maintain appropriate reserves.
• Consolidate financial data for accurate reporting of consolidated results.
• Execute month‑end and year‑end closing entries, including accruals, amortizations, and depreciation.
• Oversee account reconciliations, variance analysis, and commission payout reports.
• Manage expense reporting, T&E, and benefits budgeting.
• Optimize financial resources for strategic projects and ensure regulatory and tax compliance.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of financial management or accounting experience.
• 2–3 years in a financial controller role with people‑management responsibilities.
• Proven track record in budgeting, rolling twelve‑month financial planning, and GAAP compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business; CPA preferred.
