Finance & Operations Analyst

About the role

The Finance & Operations Analyst supports the bank’s core accounting operations, financial reporting, and control environment. You will own the end‑to‑end Accounts Payable lifecycle while contributing to monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payment execution, and reconciliations.
• Maintain the vendor database, contracts, and key contacts.
• Assist with Prepaid and Fixed Asset modules and update finance policies.
• Prepare monthly Board reporting packages and Federal Reserve/FHLB submissions.
• Produce quarterly investor reporting packages and support trial balance reviews.
• Post journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and contribute to financial statement preparation.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, FASB guidance, and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or banking.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
