Family Medicine Physician (Full-Time)

About the role

Join CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in Tyler, TX as a full‑time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician. You will work in a physician‑led, faith‑based environment that emphasizes quality care, community well‑being, and work‑life balance supported by AI‑integrated tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary care to an established panel of 18‑20 patients per day.
• Utilize AI‑integrated services to streamline documentation and enhance patient interactions.
• Collaborate daily with a team of five physicians and two nurse practitioners.
• Maintain accurate records in Epic EMR across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and community health initiatives.

Required profile

• Board‑certified/board‑eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Commitment to the mission‑driven, faith‑based culture of CHRISTUS.
• Desire to work a Monday‑Friday schedule (8:00 AM‑5:00 PM).
• Willingness to engage in a modern, AI‑enhanced clinical environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Epic EMR.
