Experiential Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Experiential Marketing Coordinator will serve as the operational backbone for e.l.f. Beauty’s Experiential team, supporting events across e.l.f. Cosmetics, e.l.f. SKIN and emerging brand verticals. Working behind the scenes, you will ensure that every activation runs smoothly from strategy through execution, handling logistics, travel, and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transportation) for internal team members and external partners.
• Manage travel communications and ensure timely distribution of itineraries.
• Assist with vendor onboarding, contract tracking, and relationship management.
• Oversee shipment logistics, maintain inventory lists, and support detailed product planning for events.
• Track event timelines, checklists, and deliverables to keep projects on schedule.
• Provide day‑of‑event support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented with a passion for checklists and timelines.
• Enjoys travel and hospitality planning and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate across internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep stakeholders aligned.
