Executive Director, K12 Academic Partnerships

About the role

Dreamscape Learn is looking for an Executive Director to lead its K‑12 Academic Partnerships across North America. The role will drive direct sales of immersive, story‑driven VR learning experiences to school districts, shaping the company’s long‑term growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly and annual booking targets for high‑value ed‑tech solutions.
• Engage Superintendents and senior district leaders to qualify opportunities and position Dreamscape Learn as a strategic partner.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships that differentiate the company from traditional vendors.
• Develop and sustain a pipeline of qualified K‑12 sales opportunities to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to design and execute lead‑generation campaigns and events.
• Partner with executive leadership to define K‑12 growth strategy, market positioning, and national expansion initiatives.
• Provide market intelligence, customer insights, and strategic feedback to inform product direction and go‑to‑market plans.

Required profile

• 10+ years of sustained success selling high‑value innovative educational technology to senior K‑12 leadership.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas with big‑ticket ed‑tech solutions.
• Experience evangelizing new technologies to Superintendents, Chief Academic Officers, Curriculum Leaders, and Boards of Education.
• Strong executive presence, strategic mindset, and consultative selling capabilities.
• Ability to navigate complex institutional procurement processes and build broad stakeholder alignment.
