Entry-Level Marketing Associate

About the role

We are seeking an entry‑level Marketing Associate to support SquadUP’s brand growth and campaign execution. The role is fully remote and offers hands‑on experience across social media, content creation, analytics, and sales enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies on key platforms.
• Review, proofread, and publish blog posts, email campaigns, and other marketing assets.
• Create and edit graphics, presentations, and digital assets using design tools.
• Upload and schedule monthly marketing assets across designated systems.
• Produce and edit video content for marketing initiatives.
• Maintain consistent brand management across all channels.
• Support sales enablement with collateral, decks, and campaign alignment.
• Assist with public‑relations outreach and media coordination.
• Coordinate project timelines and track marketing initiatives.
• Manage external vendors, freelancers, paid marketing partners, and SEO writers.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Operate HubSpot Marketing Automation: build email nurtures, audience lists, workflows, and execute campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with major social‑media platforms and content tools.
• Basic design experience (Canva, Adobe Suite or similar) preferred.
• Interest in digital marketing, analytics, and growth strategies.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote environment.
• Collaborative mindset with willingness to learn and take initiative.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary of $65,000 per year.
