Entry-Level Groundskeeper for Residential Community

About the role

We are seeking an entry‑level Groundskeeper to join the Centerline community team in Seattle. You will help keep the property’s outdoor spaces clean, safe and welcoming for residents and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain common areas, entrances, exits and amenities throughout the day.
• Remove litter, debris, pet droppings and other waste to ensure a tidy appearance.
• Clean outdoor spaces and perform routine trash and recycling collection according to schedule.
• Assist the property team in clearing vacant apartments of trash before the make‑ready process.
• Maintain sanitation in trash rooms and distribute resident notices as needed.

Required profile

• Previous groundskeeping or outdoor maintenance experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb without assistance and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of safe operation of hand tools, power tools and mechanical equipment.
