Key responsibilities

• Supervise installation crews on window and door projects across multiple job sites.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure work stays on schedule, within budget, and meets Cornerstone standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for general contractors, project managers, and crew members.
• Conduct site inspections to verify quality and OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and logistics for optimal efficiency.
• Troubleshoot on‑site issues and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain daily logs, progress updates, and detailed site reports for management.

Required profile

• Entry‑level; no construction experience required.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability.
• Effective communication and organizational abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work safely on active construction sites.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check.
