About the role

Kelly is seeking an Education Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Bloomington, MN. You will help match qualified candidates with educational and client opportunities, supporting the company’s mission to change lives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement recruiting strategies to meet fulfillment goals.
• Act as a Kelly brand ambassador by building relationships with clients, community organizations, and educational institutions.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding for assigned locations.
• Represent Kelly at job fairs, recruiting events, and other talent‑focused activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or human resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation.
• Valid United States driver’s license and ability to travel up to 30 % locally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
