About the role

The Education Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between Kelly and educational clients in the Denver area, ensuring their staffing needs are met with qualified professionals. This role blends client relationship management with coordination of recruitment activities to support schools, districts, and other education organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned education client accounts, building strong, long‑term relationships.
• Coordinate placement of teachers, administrators, and support staff for schools and districts.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters to meet staffing timelines and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Proactively resolve any service or staffing issues, ensuring expectations are consistently exceeded.
• Track, report, and analyze account performance to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑level client account management experience in staffing, HR, or a related field.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic client relationships.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel locally up to 20 % and a valid US driver’s license.
