Early Intervention Coordinator – Hybrid (Conshohocken, PA)

About the role

The Early Intervention Coordinator supports Pediatric Therapeutic Services by managing onboarding, credentialing, and daily operations for EI providers. This hybrid position blends on‑site collaboration in the Conshohocken area with remote tasks, ensuring providers have the resources they need to serve students effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Onboarding/Credentialing team and Clinical Director with provider onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Provide EI providers with essential information, required trainings, and create/distribute ID badges.
• Set up providers in required EI systems and manage provider caseloads, including student assignments and staffing lists.
• Receive, process, and monitor EI referrals within required timelines, ensuring scripts are handled correctly.
• Address billing needs, assist with trial items/resources, manage documentation, and track yearly training hours for providers.

Required profile

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly organized, efficient multitasker with strong follow‑through.
• Self‑motivated with excellent prioritization and time‑management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• 1‑3 years of office management and support experience; special‑education or early‑intervention experience preferred.
