About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing QSR brand operating across the Americas. The Director of People & Culture will lead the regional HR function, supporting both corporate and partner‑operated locations in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the People agenda across the Americas, covering corporate and partner‑operated sites.
• Partner closely with senior leadership to strengthen and develop the regional People function.
• Oversee core HR activities such as recruitment, payroll, succession planning, and organisational design.
• Ensure consistent employee relations, compliance, and standardized ways of working across multiple locations.
• Balance strategic leadership with hands‑on HR delivery in a fast‑moving environment.

Required profile

• Strong multi‑site HR experience in QSR, retail, hospitality, or similar fast‑paced, customer‑facing environments.
• Hands‑on HR background supporting both operations and senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in changing, fast‑moving environments where priorities shift.
• Strong grounding in employee relations, compliance, and organisational design.
• Practical, hands‑on mindset focused on improving, simplifying, and making processes work better across multiple locations.
