Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Brownmed is looking for a creative, data‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to design and execute campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and enhance customer engagement across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and manage campaigns across email, search, social media and display advertising.
• Maintain and optimise company websites for SEO, user experience and conversion performance.
• Create digital content such as blog posts, landing pages, email newsletters and social media assets.
• Produce social media content to drive engagement and online advocacy.
• Monitor and analyse performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads and platform insights.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve organic rankings.
• Manage paid advertising initiatives, including PPC and retargeting across e‑commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with sales, product and creative teams to align marketing with business objectives.
• Track KPIs, prepare performance reports and deliver actionable insights.
• Support product launches, webinars, trade‑show marketing and new‑customer onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to craft concise copy for ads, emails and landing pages.
• Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing projects from concept to completion.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally and aligning stakeholders.
