DevOps Engineer – Infrastructure & Reliability

About the role

We are a well‑funded early‑stage startup building a high‑scale social platform. As a DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer you will own the reliability, automation and developer velocity of our production systems on AWS and Kubernetes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and operate production infrastructure across AWS and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Own and evolve Terraform‑based infrastructure.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows and release safety.
• Design and maintain observability systems (metrics, logs, tracing, alerting).
• Increase system reliability, uptime and incident response.
• Automate infrastructure to reduce manual operational overhead.
• Partner with engineering teams to enhance developer experience and platform tooling.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience operating production systems on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Strong expertise with Terraform or similar IaC tools.
• Background in CI/CD pipeline creation and deployment automation.
• Experience with observability tools such as Datadog or Prometheus.
• Proven focus on reliability and performance in fast‑paced startup environments.
