Desktop Support Specialist – Level 2 IT Support

About the role

The Level 2 Desktop Support Specialist is the front‑line face of IT for Stefanini Group’s clients. You will provide fast, professional deskside assistance, both on‑site and remotely, ensuring technology runs smoothly for end users.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site and remote desktop support, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, test, maintain and monitor workstations, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Log, update and close tickets using ServiceNow, collaborating with global support teams.
• Participate in disaster‑recovery testing and asset‑tracking activities.
• Create knowledge‑base articles and documentation for clients.
• Uphold service‑level agreements and meet customer‑service targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in desktop support or IT help‑desk roles.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills, especially in a financial environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks under pressure.
• Business‑casual dress code compliance.

Required skills

• Windows 7, 10, 11 and macOS support.
• Printer, PC and laptop installation, configuration and repair.
• VPN, soft‑phone, Remote Desktop and VDI technologies.
• Phone and tablet support (Windows, iPhone, iOS, Android).
• Asset tracking and inventory management.
• ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Hardware and software troubleshooting.
