Designer – Layout Design for Aquatic Projects

About the role

Martin Aquatic is looking for a Designer to join its Creative Studio in downtown Orlando. The role focuses on 2D layout design for indoor and outdoor waterparks, resort amenities, and themed aquatic spaces, turning client concepts into clear AutoCAD plans and supporting visual deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Create initial bubble plans and detailed site layouts using AutoCAD, adhering to building and health codes.
• Develop supporting documentation such as guest circulation diagrams, seating and furniture plans, and back‑of‑house layouts.
• Produce presentation materials, booklets, and visual assets in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Coordinate with consultants, integrate base files, and respond quickly to client feedback.
• Maintain organized CAD block libraries and file structures.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in site development or spatial planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in themed entertainment, waterparks, or hospitality design is a plus.
• Strong spatial awareness, detail‑orientation, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
