Designer, Knits – Pink

About the role

Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking a seasoned Designer to lead the Pink Knits category. You will create commercially viable designs for high‑volume collections, translating brand concepts into stylish, well‑fitted products that resonate with our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop seasonal knits designs that align with the brand’s strategic direction and business goals.
• Research fashion trends and consumer insights to inform design decisions.
• Produce sketches, prototypes, and detailed specifications for production.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, and Product Development teams throughout the design process.
• Present designs to internal leaders and cross‑functional partners.
• Mentor and manage a mid‑size team of Assistant, Associate, and Designer‑level talent.
• Identify new sources of inspiration and conduct competitor trend analysis.
• Ensure designs meet budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in apparel design, preferably in knitwear.
• Strong managerial skills with the ability to lead and develop junior designers.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for the brand.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and make informed decisions.
