About the role

Join Bassett Furniture as a Design Consultant and help customers transform their spaces into dream rooms. You will combine interior‑design expertise with relationship‑selling techniques to drive sales and build lasting client connections.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑home and virtual design consultations, offering color, texture, and layout recommendations.
• Present and sell furniture and design solutions tailored to each client’s taste, lifestyle, and budget.
• Drive to customers’ residences or businesses for makeovers and follow‑up appointments.
• Maintain a pipeline of loyal clients through ongoing communication and personalized service.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets within a commission‑based compensation structure.

Required profile

• Passion for interior design and a strong eye for color, texture, and trends.
• Highly motivated to meet or surpass sales goals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
