Deputy Regional Director of Security Operations

About the role

The Deputy Regional Director of Security Operations (Deputy RDSO) supports a 24/7 physical security program for a multinational datacenter client across the AMER region. Working closely with Regional Directors, the Deputy RDSO translates strategy into day‑to‑day execution, ensuring consistent, compliant, and high‑performing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Regional Directors in delivering consistent security operations across assigned sites and sub‑regions.
• Guide Regional Security Managers and site leaders on guarding, safety, and service delivery performance.
• Monitor SOPs, KPIs, SLAs, and compliance standards; identify trends, risks, and gaps.
• Drive site stabilization, new site launches, transitions, and overall operational readiness.
• Support regional initiatives, continuous‑improvement projects, and executive‑ready reporting.
• Participate in incident response, escalation management, and after‑hours support as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, security, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in physical security or account management.
• Proven experience leading multi‑site or regional 24/7 operations.
• Strong communication, judgment, and ability to manage complexity across teams.
