Missions principales

• Provide clear, actionable analyses and ensure seamless access to metrics, data, and tools for decision-making across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with operational teams and Customer Support Product Managers to drive optimization.
• Combine support data with Etsy user behavior to identify opportunities for improving self-service solutions.
• Increase the accuracy of ticket forecasting models to optimize resource allocation.
• Enrich the overall user experience through proactive analysis and data-driven product insights.
• Support product launches, experiments, and the deployment of self-service reporting for partner teams.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in data science, specifically within an analytics or operational support context.
• Ability to work in a hybrid team environment alongside Data Analysts and Product Managers.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex datasets into strategic recommendations.
