Data Science Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Data Science Analyst to turn raw data into actionable business value for our clients. You will work closely with engineers and stakeholders to design experiments, analyze results, and communicate insights that drive decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Support discovery workshops to define client challenges and build a backlog of evidence‑based hypotheses.
• Design and execute reporting, analytics, and optimization briefs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to verify data accuracy and pipeline quality.
• Perform statistical analysis and modeling to uncover actionable insights.
• Present findings to internal and client audiences in a clear, business‑focused manner.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of professional experience in data science or advanced marketing analytics.
• Strong ability to manage client expectations and explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Proven track record of delivering hypothesis‑driven research and aligning KPIs with business goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency in R and/or Python for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
• Deep understanding of statistical theory, including hypothesis testing, regression, and experimental design.
• Experience with SQL and cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake (preferred).
• Ability to translate data results into compelling stories (data‑to‑story).
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and causal inference methods is a plus.
