Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers and cross‑functional teammates to refine data models and monitor agent performance over time.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or a related technical field.
• Strong communicator able to present data trends to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Solid grounding in statistics, analytical methodologies, and the logic of AI/ML systems.
• Authorized to work in the United States; occasional travel for team summits may be required.
