Data Analyst – AI Insights

About the role

Jobright is seeking a Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights that guide the learning and improvement of its AI agents. This junior‑level position offers the chance to influence product decisions directly, working closely with both engineering and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Surface data‑driven insights that inform how AI agents are tuned, evaluated, and improved over time.
• Build reports and visualizations that clearly communicate findings to product teams and external stakeholders.
• Respond quickly to data requests, translating analytical outputs into accessible narratives.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with 0‑2 years of experience in data analysis or a related technical field.
• Strong communicator able to present trends clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Working understanding of statistics and basic concepts of AI and machine learning.
• Must be based in and authorized to work in the United States.
• Preferred: internship or project experience in data analysis, research, or a support role at a tech or AI‑focused organization.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SQL.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Basic data modeling capabilities.
