Customer Support Agent – US Timezones (PST/EST)

About the role
JobHire.ai is expanding its Customer Support function to help new users activate, stay engaged, and succeed in their job search. As a Customer Support Agent you will work proactively with US‑based users during onboarding and early usage, providing guidance, troubleshooting issues, and building trust.
Key responsibilities
- Engage users via chat and calls during onboarding and early usage periods.
- Identify at‑risk users (low activity or early churn signals) and reach out to re‑activate them.
- Diagnose user frustrations, provide clear solutions, and rebuild confidence through real conversation.
- Advise users on profile, CV, and job‑search improvements, recommending paid add‑ons when they add value.
- Collect and share user feedback and recurring patterns with the Product team.
Required profile
- 2+ years experience in customer success, sales, account management, or support‑driven sales with US‑based customers.
- Fluent or native English and Russian language skills.
- Ability to work full‑time (40 hours/week) in a US time zone (PST‑EST).
- Proactive attitude, strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection‑handling abilities.
- Data‑driven mindset focused on conversion, retention, and unit economics.
