Creative Specialist

About the role

Beast Industries is looking for a Creative Specialist to lead the development of video concepts for the MrBeast channel. You will turn title and thumbnail ideas into fully‑fledged video frameworks and pitch them to senior creative leadership each week.

Key responsibilities

• Receive title, thumbnail or brief concepts and run them through the internal AI creative system to generate up to 500 raw directions per video.
• Filter and select the strongest 50‑100 ideas using deep knowledge of channel format, YouTube best practices, challenge mechanics and audience behavior.
• Develop top candidates into pitch‑ready concepts, including challenge structure, elimination mechanics, key visual moments and emotional payoff.
• Present and defend selections in live weekly pitch sessions with senior creative leadership.
• Manage multiple concepts simultaneously, iterating based on feedback until green‑lit for production.
• Document decision logic and maintain a living library of challenge formats and visual templates.

Required profile

• Extensive experience creating or analyzing YouTube content, with a proven impact on retention, watch time or audience response.
• Deep understanding of MrBeast’s video style, challenge formats and audience expectations.
• Strong editorial judgment and the ability to filter high‑volume ideas quickly.
• Comfort presenting and defending creative decisions to senior leaders.
