About the role

MKG, a women‑led creative agency, is seeking a Content Creator to transform live brand experiences into lasting digital assets. The role is open to candidates in the Los Angeles or New York City area who can collaborate in‑person several days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Capture, direct, and produce short‑form video and visual content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Create sizzle reels, case‑study videos, award submissions, and fast‑turn social assets that showcase MKG’s work.
• Document agency moments, industry events, and brand activations to reinforce MKG’s voice.
• Work closely with Creative, Account, Production, and Marketing teams to shape storytelling.

Required profile

• Hands‑on creator comfortable shooting both cinematic and scrappy footage.
• Strong storytelling instincts and cultural awareness.
• Ability to operate independently while collaborating across multiple disciplines.

Required skills

• Video shooting and directing.
• Video editing.
