Construction Associate

About the role

Built With Love is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Associate to join its Construction Department. It suits an emerging professional in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field who wants hands-on experience and to build a career in the construction industry.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Construction Manager with project planning, scheduling and execution.
• Monitor project progress and make sure tasks are finished on schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, field inspectors and suppliers.
• Assist with site inspections, quality control and safety standards.
• Manage project documentation, reports and construction records.
• Coordinate material orders, deliveries and inventory tracking.
• Support communication between construction, engineering, architecture and other teams.
• Track subcontractor performance and daily field operations.

Required profile

• Technical or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in construction or project coordination; internship experience is welcome.
• Basic knowledge of construction drawings, materials and building processes.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, with English proficiency.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets and Google Drive.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
