Concrete Foreman – Commercial Self‑Perform Projects

About the role

As a Concrete Foreman you will lead a dedicated crew on short‑term projects across Northern and Southern California, the Southwest and the Pacific Northwest. The role is travel‑intensive, with each job lasting 1‑3 weeks, and you will work closely with a consistent cross‑functional team to deliver high‑quality concrete work.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and assign tasks to a team of 4‑6 concrete workers.
• Plan, coordinate and execute concrete pouring, finishing and curing processes.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, blueprints and safety protocols.
• Inspect work for quality, identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors and other stakeholders to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Maintain inventory of materials, tools and equipment.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and enforce regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Leadership experience managing on‑site teams.
• Familiarity with construction safety and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Physical stamina for demanding outdoor work.
