About the role
Greystar is seeking an experienced Community Manager for its North Seattle portfolio. The role oversees daily operations of the assigned property, leading staff and ensuring financial and operational targets are met while complying with all relevant housing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day property operations to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.
- Control expenditures, including maintenance repairs, within approved budgets.
- Oversee lease enforcement, approve resident applications, discounts and renewals.
- Supervise, hire, train and evaluate property staff to meet performance objectives.
- Maintain client/owner relationships by providing performance updates and responding to requests.
Required profile
- Previous property management experience (fee management preferred).
- Proven supervisory skills with ability to hire, lead and evaluate team members.
- Financially savvy with experience creating and adhering to budgets and fiscal reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using Yardi/OneSite property management software.
