Community Manager – Next on Lex/Brio

About the role

The Community Manager for the Next on Lex/Brio property will oversee daily operations of a stabilized multifamily community of 699 units. Reporting to senior management, you will lead the on‑site team, ensure financial targets are met, and maintain compliance with all housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Handle resident inquiries, escalations, delinquency issues, lease enforcement, and payment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Greystar policies.
• Lead and develop on‑site team members, fostering a high‑performing work environment.
• Utilize Entrata property‑management software to track resident data, financials, and maintenance requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience, including 1–2 years in a community‑manager role.
• Proven ability to manage resident relations, delinquency, and lease compliance.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing and related regulatory requirements.

Required skills

• Experience with Entrata property‑management platform.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and Fair Credit Reporting Act.
