About the role
Tines is looking for a founding Community Manager to shape and launch its brand‑new community initiative. Reporting to the Director of Community & Developer Advocacy, you will be the operational engine that turns strategic vision into a vibrant, functional community.
Key responsibilities
- Launch and operate the community hub, defining categories, tags, onboarding flows, moderation workflows, escalation paths, accepted‑answer processes, reporting rhythms and member journeys.
- Apply an automation‑first mindset by leveraging Tines’ own automation platform to streamline community operations.
- Own community content and programming, creating and executing an editorial calendar that showcases high‑value automation use cases, blog posts and video tutorials.
- Act as the bridge between community members and the wider organization, ensuring community feedback informs product development and customer success.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Community & Developer Advocacy and the Developer Advocacy lead to bring structure and operational excellence to the community.
Required profile
- Experience building or scaling a community from the ground up.
- Strong organizational and operational skills with a focus on process design.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑moving, lean team environment.
- Passion for automation, SaaS platforms and delivering value to users.
