About the role
The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Broadstone Cross Creek property, leading the on‑site team and ensuring the community runs smoothly while meeting financial and operational targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily property activities, staff scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Develop and monitor budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
- Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, and ensure timely posting of payments.
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other relevant regulations.
- Coordinate resident services, handle inquiries, and foster a positive community environment.
- Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements to enhance performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4‑6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
- Strong understanding of multi‑family housing operations and regulatory requirements.
