Commercial Construction Superintendent

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects across New Mexico, primarily in the Albuquerque area. The role involves overseeing complex institutional builds such as K‑12 schools and healthcare facilities, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large community‑impact projects, managing daily field operations and site logistics.
• Coordinate subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and oversee inspections.
• Ensure compliance with construction safety programs and quality‑control processes.
• Prepare and manage construction documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, owners, architects, and field teams.

Required profile

• Extensive field leadership experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Proven background delivering K‑12 education or healthcare facility projects.
• Experience managing large institutional projects with complex site logistics.
• Deep knowledge of construction safety and quality‑control standards.
• Willingness to work onsite at project locations throughout New Mexico.
